SUPERVISION PLAN
As
we
believe in the dignity of each person regardless of position, we
further
believe that people cannot be "controlled". This doesn't mean lack
of control but control of commitment rather than the person. This
begins
with the selection process(see Description
of our selection process)
If the proper
candidate is
chosen
in the beginning, half the problem is solved.
Once the choice
is made and the
candidate makes a commitment, the only issues proper training and supervision
(that which reaffirms the original commitment and supports positive
progress)
and support of all the work objectives.
If there
is a
secret to the cleaning industry it is two simple concepts; 1) See your
jobs and 2) Work with your employees.
This process is implemented and reinforced through the use
of supervisory logs which include details of each visit to the
job
and with each employee. It is through this log that trends can be
identified,
influenced, implemented, or eliminated if appropriate.
This is key to our
plan and
our
goal and commitment is consistent implementation on each and every job
site.
