Employee support is a term tossed around quite frequently in our business as well as countless others. To many it means simply providing a place to work and a job to do. To us it means providing not only those fundamentals but also total operational support to service personnel.
This involves a commitment to each person servicing any position. This type of support ranges from simple acknowledgement of work accomplished, specific supplies and tools aiding improved job performance, and even guidance to outside resources for financial or other specialized assistance.
